Another Wonderful Week at Birkdale Park.

Well… another week has flown by at Birkdale Park, and we’re still wondering where the time goes (although we’re fairly sure bingo may have something to do with it!).

Our artists also got busy with painting, creating some wonderful masterpieces. We’re not saying we’ve discovered the next Picasso… but we’re not saying we haven’t either!

We’ve loved having our work experience student with us this week. They’ve thrown themselves into life at Birkdale Park with enthusiasm, kindness and a smile, and we hope they’ve realised that no two days here are ever the same!

Birthday celebrations are always a highlight, and this week was no exception. There was singing (some more in tune than others!), plenty of cake and lots of special memories made. Happy Birthday to all of our birthday stars! 🎉

The band had everyone singing, clapping and dancing along to some well-loved favourites. It’s amazing how music can transport us back in time and bring everyone together.

And then there was Footbal Bingo… where the concentration levels reached Olympic standard! Eyes were firmly on the cards, lucky pens at the ready and accusations of “You nearly called my number!” could be heard across the room. Congratulations to all of our lucky winners!

Another week full of fun, friendship and laughter has come to an end, and we can’t wait to see what next week has in store. One thing’s for certain… there’ll be plenty more smiles along the way!
