This week at Birkdale Park has been another lovely one, filled with music, laughter and time spent together.

We were delighted to welcome Jonathan, who gave another of his fascinating talks. Residents always enjoy listening to his stories and experiences, and it sparked plenty of conversation and reminiscing afterwards. Thank you, Jonathan, for sharing your time and knowledge with us.

On Friday, we were entertained by the fantastic Off Our Rockers, who had everyone smiling, singing along and tapping their feet. Music has such a wonderful way of bringing people together, lifting spirits and creating happy memories, and it was another performance thoroughly enjoyed by our residents.

We also took part in our popular Zoom Singalong, joining in with familiar favourites from the comfort of Birkdale Park. It’s always wonderful to see everyone singing with confidence, sharing smiles and enjoying the sense of togetherness that music brings.

At Birkdale Park, we know that activities like these do so much more than provide entertainment. They encourage social interaction, stimulate memories, boost confidence and support the wellbeing of all our residents. It’s been another week full of smiles, friendship and making special memories together, and we can’t wait to see what next week brings!
