Definition of a Nurse-

A nurse is a trained healthcare professional who cares for individuals, families, and communities to help them maintain or recover good health and quality of life. Nurses work in a variety of settings such as hospitals, clinics, schools, and homes.

Their main responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments

• Assisting doctors and other healthcare professionals

• Promoting health and preventing illness

In simple terms, a nurse is someone who provides both medical care and compassionate support to people who are sick, injured, or in need of healthcare.
